after using Nutrafin Cycle and aqua plus, water is murky?
Hello,
I just bought a new tank and used nutrafin cycle and aqua plus from nutrafin.
I adjusted the amount to the size of my tank, and followed instructions carefully.
I realized after 10-20 minutes later that the water turns slightly milky-clear.
Is that normal?
Yea this will happen. It has happened to me before a few times. (I just used AquaPlus yesterday for my Betta breeding tank.) So far nothing has happened. I think that what happens is when the city water has not been cleaned enough and there is a reaction with the cleaning supplies. Or maybe not. Did you use 1 teaspoon for every 5 gallons? (With the AquaPlus) That might have been it. You may have used too much which can also kill the fish.
